Suncoast Pergolas Principle Brendon contracted with us to build an insulated flyover house roof patio in late September 2010.
One of the reasons we decided to use Suncoast Pergolas was Brendon’s confidence in the product and the final end result which he could envisage far better than us.
He emailed us photographs of similar pergolas that he had built to allow us to better see the quality of his work and the end result.
Although his quote was similar to other companies he stated that he would be on site during construction which gave us more confidence in the whole process.
We had other building issues at the same time Brendon was quoting the job and he took the time to listen and offer us his professional opinion, eventually even fixing two of the problems we had.
He also liaised with the people we chose to do the gutters, pool fence and electrical work.
The two builders who worked on our job with Brendon, Sean and Daniel, were both extremely hard workers, polite and friendly, and as particular in their work as I could have hoped for.
The usual construction ‘mess’ was always cleaned up at the end of each day.
Brendon was on site often, always making sure that things were going according to plan and that we were happy with the work in progress.
Any issue of concern that we had was discussed and clarified in a clear and patient manner and quickly dealt with when necessary.
The pergola looks great.
We are extremely happy with it and recognise that the design and any suggestions made by Brendon were exactly right.
He was great to deal with and we would highly recommend him to any other potential customers of Suncoast Pergolas.
We would also be happy to have potential customers come to see our pergola.

I have no hesitation recommending Brendon Maddock and his team from Sunshine Pergolas-Patio.
I came across Brendon's advert in the local paper after being totally frustrated with the larger companies.
Brendon has done all and more than he originally quoted us for.
He had his boys here on time and finished on time.
The attention to detail was impeccable and the way the boys cleaned up everything was fantastic.
Through put the experience Brendon was easy to communicate with and it didn't matter when we contacted him he would get back to us straight away.

Brendon, my wife and I would like to convey our thanks and appreciation with the construction of our patio roof at Noosa Heads by your company Suncoast Pergolas.
Your two long term tradesmen, Daniel and Shaun were courteous, hard working and did an excellent job on the roof.
The finish and painting was first class.
They cleaned up at the end of each day and disposed of all building rubbish.
We were also impressed with your ideas, the submission of plans to Council, arranging Insurance and the Certifying Inspection.
It made the whole project easy and hassle free for us. We couldn't be more happy with the final outcome
